Payment Terms

To reserve your units, you will be required to pay a 10% deposit. This normally happens after Planning Permission has been granted and you’ve been given a BNG condition. You will then be issued with a Letter of Reservation and a Draft Option Agreement to sign. Your condition will be Pre-Commencement, and you will need to complete on the units before this milestone to meet the BNG condition. We recommend that you assume four weeks for this process.
